All subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time from your account settings at makeanyvideo.com — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
However, we will issue a full refund if:
All in-app purchases are for virtual digital goods delivered instantly. Refunds are generally not available once items have been credited to your account. Exceptions include duplicate charges caused by technical errors, items not delivered after payment, and unauthorized transactions (after verification).
Email support@spellbooktech.com within 14 days of the transaction with your order/transaction ID, account email, and a description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to the respective store's refund policies. Contact the app store directly for those transactions.

By accessing or using any Spellbook Tech product, application, or website ("Services"), including MakeAnyVideo and our mobile games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Spellbook Tech provides: (a) MakeAnyVideo, a cloud-based SaaS platform for AI-powered video creation, available via subscription at makeanyvideo.com; (b) mobile games distributed through app stores, with optional in-app purchases of virtual items; (c) related APIs and developer tools for enterprise customers.
Some Services require account creation. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MakeAnyVideo subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Free-tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page at makeanyvideo.com.
Our mobile games offer optional purchases of virtual items processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or Stripe. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of our Services; use automated bots or scraping tools; upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content to MakeAnyVideo; abuse free-tier limits by creating multiple accounts; or engage in any activity that disrupts the experience for other users.
All content in our products — including software, graphics, AI models, audio, and trademarks — is the property of Spellbook Tech. Videos you generate using MakeAnyVideo are yours to use; we claim no ownership of your output content.
Our Services are provided "as is." Spellbook Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. MakeAnyVideo's AI-generated videos should be reviewed before publishing; AI-generated content may require editing. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

Account Information: When you register for MakeAnyVideo, we collect your name, email address, and (for paid plans) payment information. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Generated Content: Scripts and prompts you submit to MakeAnyVideo are processed by our AI system to generate video content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Usage Data: We automatically collect device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and in-app actions to improve our Services.
Game Data: For mobile games, we may collect device identifiers, gameplay analytics, and advertising identifiers (with consent where required).
We use collected information to: provide and maintain our Services; process subscriptions and transactions; send transactional emails and (with consent) promotional updates; improve product performance and user experience; detect fraud and enforce our Terms; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: payment processors (Stripe) to handle billing; cloud infrastructure providers to host our Services; analytics services (Google Analytics) in aggregated form; law enforcement when legally required.
Our products integrate with: Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (web analytics), Google AdMob (game advertising), Firebase (app infrastructure), OpenAI/Anthropic/ElevenLabs (AI model providers — your prompts are sent for processing but not retained by these providers for training). Each service maintains its own privacy policy.
Scripts and prompts submitted to MakeAnyVideo are retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver your video. Generated videos are stored in your account until you delete them. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request complete data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@spellbooktech.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard measures including TLS/SSL encryption, AES-256 data encryption at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data.
You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of marketing communications; withdraw consent for data processing; lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Exercise these rights by emailing privacy@spellbooktech.com.
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including China and the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
